Biography:Â
Danielle has been involved in sport for upwards of 25 years, starting as an athlete, transitioning to the role of a coach, and now as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant and Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Ottawa. She holds a Bachelor�s degree in Psychology from Brock University (2015) as well as a Master�s and Ph.D. in Sport Psychology from McGill University in 2017 and 2023. Throughout this time, Danielle has worked as a sport psychology researcher and practitioner interested in optimizing the performance and well-being of coaches and athletes across Canada. Danielle understands that we all experience challenges or obstacles in life, especially in sport, that no one necessarily teaches you how to handle. When you work with Danielle, you receive that critical guidance and support. You access someone who is dedicated to helping you become the best version of yourself, learn how to uplift the strengths that you already possess, and acquire additional skillsets to help you cope with the ups and downs that will inevitably arise in your sport.
