Biography: 

Jean Fournier is an associate professor at the University of Paris West, France. He has consulted in mental training with Olympic athletes and coaches at the French Institute of Sports, Paris, and with the French Golf Federation. He has served as the director of sport sciences at the National Institute of Sport in Montréal, Canada. His research has focused on mental training, imagery, attention, and mindfulness. He served as the Co-Editor of the International Journal of Sport Psychology for 10 years.
