Biography: 

 Kayla consults in-person in the Kingston and surrounding area, and offers virtual services for individual sessions. She is passionate about supporting performers and athletes ride the edges of their abilities and development so that they can expand and grow into the best versions of themselves. She supports them in building their capacity and capabilities that they need to perform at their best. Her clientele includes high performance athletes, coaches and officials; members of the Canadian Forces; competitive dancers; and business owners. She also provides group workshops for coaches, officials/referees, teams, groups and parents.

She is the owner of Prime Mindset, a Certified Mental Performance Consultant and Integral Professional Coach. When she isn't consulting you can find her exploring the outdoors with her family or baking in the kitchen.
