Biography: 

Lisa has 25 years’ experience working with Olympic, Professional and Club level coaches and athletes. Lisa participated in University Athletics (Heptathlon) while earning her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. Lisa's research focuses on collaboration within the sport science as members of Integrate Support Teams. She has been fortunate to work with athletes and coaches from a variety of sports within the Canadian Sport Institute and the Austrian Sport Institute. Her passion is elite performance, collaborative approaches, and the integration of mental training for life.
